Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a pain-free, assisted stretching technique that targets not just muscles, but the fascia — the connective tissue that surrounds and supports every muscle, joint, and organ in the body.
Unlike traditional stretching, which often focuses on isolated muscles, FST works through the entire chain of fascia to improve flexibility, strength, and mobility from head to toe.

During a session, you’ll relax on a treatment table while your certified therapist uses gentle traction, oscillation, and movement to stretch your body through multiple planes. This creates lasting improvements without pain or strain.

Along with a desire to work in the athletic field, my history of injuries sparked an interest in athletic therapy. I enjoy the everyday satisfaction of enabling people to participate in the physical activities of their choice.

Since acquiring my certification, I have worked extensively with a variety of professional and semi-professional sports teams and world class events.

I completed my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Western University and continued my education with a postgraduate diploma in Sports Injury Management. Following that, I became a Certified Athletic Therapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a Registered Kinesiologist. I actively seek out courses that will translate to positive results for patients, and to that end, I am currently pursuing my next adventure in becoming an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner.
